All posts, links, articles, sites and blogs linked within the Preferred Writers site will be reviewed for the following violations listed below. If a member's work is found to be in violation after review by our admins/moderators the post will be removed and the link posted in the comments below along with the violation(s).
We reserve the right to remove and deny payment for violations of our Terms of Use. After careful review, any account found in violation of our Terms of Use after review is subject to removal and/or banned from rejoining under any assumed name or account.
Plagiarism
Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited. All outside sources, information, quotes and images used in your articles much be approved for use and cited below your article. If you are re-posting from your own work previously posted elsewhere, the direct link to the original post must be sourced.
Traffic Exchanges
The use of paid/solicited traffic exchange groups to generate fake traffic to your articles will not be counted as valid page views toward your earnings. You may share your work utilizing any of the approved tools made available to you on our Preferred Writers Site.
Bots, Proxies, Virtual Private Network and IP Manipulation
This refers to the use of any of these various forms of manipulation to dupe our detection system and generate falsely high views, double payment etc.
Below Minimum Word Count
The 150 word minimum is not a suggestion. We only accept valid articles for payment consideration and we review each and every article first by an automated system for grammar, originality and content. Then we personally review each article again before approving them for payment. Circumventing out TOS on the submission guidelines greatly increases the time it takes us to get payments out to you.
Inappropriate Material
Submitting pornographic images and/or content is prohibited in any shape or form and will result in immediate IP Ban for the offending author.
Grammar
It's a given that all articles submitted must be proofread and exhibit proper grammar and prose. Search Engines now penalize site rankings for poorly written content. It is your responsibility to edit your own work. We provide many tools in the top tool bar to help you proof your work for originality and grammar. There is no excuse for poor quality work.
Spam
We allow direct linking to all writing content and referrals. As well, we allow authors to place one 720x90 approved ad within the html of their articles. We do not allow direct links to marketing/affiliate ads, download links or sites that would otherwise jeopardize our readers.
